Find where the verbs went.
Do not ask whether the human is in the loop. Ask who can stop, reverse, amend, compensate, refuse, escalate, verify, and own the consequence.
Field Use
A loop is not proof of control. This diagnostic helps test whether an AI-assisted or automated workflow preserves meaningful control before it produces damage, confusion, or responsibility without authority.
The diagnostic follows a three-step path: identify the workflow, test the control functions, then complete a finding sheet that assigns actions, owners, and review dates.
