# 05 — Risk and Ambiguity Flags

## Purpose

Signal Intake Mode must not sanitize risky or ambiguous intent into a clean execution task without surfacing the risk.

## Pause / Clarify / Flag When Requests Include

## Required Behavior

When risk appears, the system should:

1. Name the risk plainly.
2. Separate acceptable framing from misleading manipulation.
3. Ask clarifying questions if needed.
4. Refuse or redirect unsafe execution.
5. Preserve legitimate operator intent where possible.
