- For restore, diff, absorb, or handoff operations, directly upload the relevant savepoint unless the operator explicitly authorizes use from Project Sources.
- Foreign-agent savepoints must be absorbed, not restored.
- Same-agent older savepoints should use `/diff preview` unless the operator explicitly requests `/restore preview`.
- State-changing commits require explicit operator approval.
